McMillen Printer Supplies has been an active part of The Woodlands small-business community since 2004. Originally part of a nationally based franchise, we became an independent store in April 2013. The benefit of becoming independent, operating as The Woodlands Ink & Toner Co., allowed us to be free of restrictions from the franchise, work closer on quality control with our vendors, and lower pricing for our customers.
During the Spring of 2015 we were given an opportunity to relocate, from our original Panther Creek Shopping Center location, to a house on one of the best business streets in The Woodlands - Oak Ridge Drive. We spent one year, and during that time our commitment for excellence and continued growth of loyal customers led us to the development of McMillen Printer Supplies...something big was about to happen.
We wanted to do something different with the business...and WE did! We changed the business name, restructured operations, eliminated a need for storefronts, and became home-based. The maintaining of B2B accounts has stayed the same, but the groundbreaking decision was to provide FREE HOME DELIVERY - a service no other ink / toner business provides in The Woodlands or surrounding areas. The company's new direction went into effect on April 1, 2016, and it has been overwhelmingly positive. We stay busy and appreciate being an active part of The Woodlands small-business community.
