Chris, originally partnered with his father, brought the new inkjet / toner remanufacturing franchises to Houston in 2004.  In 2013 an opportunity was made available to become independent from the franchise - The Woodlands Ink & Toner Co. was born.  Three years later, with the growth of the company and expansion of sales territories, Chris formed McMillen Printer Supplies.

Chris received his training in Adelaide, Australia and became certified in proper cartridge remanufacturing.  He is constantly educating himself on the latest updates, direction of the industry, and troubleshooting techniques.  Chris has a high standard for customer service and satisfaction, and firmly believes the customer comes first.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys family events, time with his wife, Melissa, and daughters, Sophie and Chloe, playing guitar, and collecting old vinyl records.
